- Abstract
In order to quantitatively evaluate the spatial equilibrium degree of water resources and analyze the distribution characteristics of spatial equilibrium of water resources, aiming at the problem that Gini coefficient can't evaluate the sub regional equilibrium alone, this paper proposed a water resources spatial equilibrium evaluation model combining Gini coefficient and connection number. Based on the Gini coefficient calculated by Lorentz curve, the membership degree of the study area belonging to three different spatial equilibrium levels of equilibrium, critical equilibrium and imbalance was calculated by connection number through hierarchical zoning, and then the vulnerability sub area was diagnosed and identified in combination with subtraction set pair potential. The model was applied to the spatial balance evaluation of water resources in Anhui Province, and the differences between population and water resources, GDP and water resources in 16 prefecture level cities were analyzed respectively. The results show that the Gini coefficient of population, GDP and water resources in Anhui Province from 2011 to 2018 is 0.4 higher than the international warning line, which has been in a relatively unbalanced and unbalanced state for a long time. The spatial balance of water resources gradually deteriorates from south to north. In 2018, the vulnerable areas of spatial balance of water resources in Anhui Province including Hefei, Huaibei, Bozhou, Suzhou, Bengbu, Fuyang, Huainan, Ma'anshan, Wuhu and Tongling, which should be the main control objects of spatial balance of water resources.
