The article discusses the unified chronology of European bestiary and Physiologus tradition and identify roughly contemporary group of texts within single narrative arc. It states that the bestiary develops straight line from thirty-six chapter B-Isidore version of first family or immediately B-derived Latin texts. It mentions that the different mappings of Physiologus tradition generate narratives of evolution.
