The article debates on the proposal by the Bush administration to establish personal accounts for Social Security. In this debate, Jeffrey Brown supports that private accounts would improve social security. For him, the accounts can improve ability to save for the future, provide incentives for labor force participation, and extend opportunities for asset ownership to the millions of Americans.
