- Abstract
The article presents the results of a study on the effects of dietary fat on voluntary food and energy intake in various diets in the U.S. Researchers found that energy intake increases when the dietary fat intake increases. The percentage of fat was lower in core foods than in ad lib buffet. There was a significant difference in fullness in 26%, 34% and 40% fat diets after dinner.
