- Abstract
The article reports on the result of a case before the Financial Services Commission of Ontario between employees Robin Boys and Gerald Groskopf and a division of fast-food retailing firm Imasco Ltd. The termination of the two workers by Imasco after the division was acquired by pharmacy products provider Shoppers Drug Mart Inc. is discussed. The court's decision that a plan administrator's notice of intention to deny pension benefits does not commence limitation period is explained.
