- Abstract
The article presents a study which determines seven single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) that are related with the disease risk of amyloid light-chain (AL) amyloidosis. The symptoms of AL which arise in the organs where amyloids accumulate including the kidneys, heart, and peripheral nerves is stated. A chart is presented depicting the link results for multiple myeloma and AL amyloidosis.
