- Abstract
The current study aims to analyse the perception of teachers regarding online teaching, the ability to process and absorb information, the using e-learning techniques, the benefit achieved, and the future intention to use it. The researchers used the descriptive approach and collected data electronically from (100) teachers. The results showed that teachers experienced difficulties in online teaching by (36.5%). It was also found that (69%) of teachers combined theoretical aspects with practical tasks. Also, (55%) of them were balanced at the time of individual study, project preparation, and task completion. The results also showed a high understanding among teachers of the nature of e-learning, where the scores were very large in all categories that support the activation of e-learning, for example: Teacher-student interaction achieved through video conferences. Besides that, (79%) of them indicated an average degree between difficulty and ease in evaluating online projects, and (79%) prefer compact learning. The study showed that the previous experience degree was (91.5%), the degree of use of e-learning techniques was reached (73.24%). The rate of benefit from use amounted to (64.76%) and the degree of intention for use was (81%).
