- Abstract
This research is a statistical analysis of the geographical distribution and with the coverage of the Family Grant Program, from 2012 to 2014. Ecological study and descriptive, using population detection rates and coverage of the Bolsa Familia Program, using the software ArqGIS 10.2. The total of 652 cases were registered in the 16 municipalities. In 2012, hyperendemic detection rate in (4) municipalities, very high (5), high (4), medium (1) and low (2). Coverage of PBF in 2012, High (5), intermediate (9) and low (2). In 2013, detection rate, hyperendemic (6), very high (5), medium (2) and high (3). PBF coverage, high (12), intermediate (2) and low (2). In 2014, detection rates, hyperendemic (5), very high (5), high (3), mean (3), while coverage of PBF, high (12), intermediate (3) and low (1). The same is true of the indexes of endemic diseases, evidencing the indexes of municipalities with high coverage of the PBF. A target of 1 case for 10 thousand inhabitants. It lies far from the region of Marajo, since social influences, opportunities and the force of exchange and the elimination of leprosy.
