- Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to highlight the practical approach towards Sales Activity Management (SAM) and exactly how it is implemented when we are talking about the practical experiences and to represent some details related to increased efficiency of sales and sales representatives. This can focused on increasing sales efficiency and increasing customer relationship management effectiveness. It must also focus on the ensuring flexibility on integrating new customer channels of business access and providing a single consistent business and support. The following sections define general sales management, examine the need of sales management, and focus on methods and steps used to mange, lead and motivate employees and practical approach towards sales activity management in organization.
