- Title
If a Photon Falls in the Woods: An Aristotelian Answer to a Quantum Question.
- Abstract
The article proposes the Aristotelian theory of potentiality as a solution to the quantum mechanics question about wave-particle duality. Topics discussed include distinction between actuality and potentiality of individual particles expressed in the quantum level, association of potentiality to the concept of energy, wave functions as mathematical expressions of potentiality, and role of act of measurement and actualization of the particle in the collapse of the wave function.
