- Abstract
The article reports on disputes filed by the European Union and the United States in July 2016, with the World Trade Organization (WTO) against China regarding its raw materials export duties. Topics discussed include complaints claiming China export duties unfairly favor Chinese industry,15-year anniversary of China's entry into the WTO and the deadline to remove China's non-market status; and hearing of the U.S. Office of the U.S. Trade Representative examining the effect of China's WTO admission along with comments from Erin Ennis of the U.S.-China Business Council (USCBC), on same.
