Companies are increasingly realizing that having a robust leadership pipeline is a competitive differentiator. Raytheon Company is leveraging its leadership pipeline by using an integrated talent management strategy to ensure excellent performance and above market growth. One element of this strategy is a systemic Front Line Leadership (FLL) Development Program, being used in the Space and Airborne Systems (SAS) business. By linking the FLL Program to business needs, ensuring executive sponsorship, and providing pre- and post-course support, SAS is getting measurable results.
