- Authors
Samantara, Subharaj
- Abstract
The article discusses a case of an eight year old male Boxer dog with lick granuloma, a common psychogenic dermatitis. It states that the dog underwent surgical and medical intervention, resulting to an uneventful recovery. It says that diagnosis of the disease is difficult because initiating factor is usually unidentified. It mentions that if the case is approached in a logical manner, successful treatment of the disease is possible, along with cooperation between dog-owners and veterinarians.
