- Authors
Bibu, K. J.
- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 15 month old white pekin duck wherein it was diagnosed by having Aflatoxicosis in the University Poultry and duck farm in Mannuthy, a suburb area of Thrissur in Kerala, India in February 2010. It states that the duck showed reduction of feed intake for the last two weeks but the variation on egg production did not show up. It notes that the contamination of aflatoxin on feeds may have caused the reduction of feed intake and death of the duck.
