- Abstract
From gas turbine blade cooling mode and mechanism of gas turbine cooling air volume is calculated. These air consumes a large amount of compression work, so that the gas turbine power output is very low. According to the principle of energy cascade utilization, water is used for cooling. Water absorbs part of the tail gas ao that the heat is forced cooling, the temperature of the water temperature rises to the vapor liquid interface. With the improvement on the design of combustion chamber, a phase change room is designed, and let the temperature of the water vapor liquid interface injec the phase change room, the heat of the combustion chamber is absorbed, and phase changes into steam, thus the combustion chambers is cooled. Steam and gas mixing heat into overheating steam are used as the working substance involved in work, thereby the turbine blade is cooled and heat damage reduced. Using water as cooling medium, not only finishes all the film cooling performance index, also reduces the compression work of compressor, greatly increases the output power of gas turbine.
