- Abstract
Domestic flies are considered pathogenic carriers for many diseases to human as diarrhea, cholera, typhoid, and trachoma. This study aims to assess the life performance of crude alkaline of the Dawudi flowers Chrysanthemum Cinerariifolium Vis in some aspects of the life performance of the domestic fly insect Muscadomestica L. by using concentrations (0.0, 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0). The results of the study showed that the crude alkaline extract of the Dawudi flowers has a moral effect in killing the various stages of the domestic fly insects Muscadomestica L. the killing rate of the larval instar (1st, 2nd and 3rd) were (90.0%, 72.3%, 58.3%) respectively when treated at 2.0% concentration as compared with (5.8, 4.3, 5.8) respectively to the control treatment .also, the first larval instar was more sensitive than other larval instar, it gave the highest murder rate in all concentrations. The results indicated a direct relationship between the concentrations of the extract and the killing of insect larvae. The results of the statistical analysis indicated the significant of the differences.
