OTTO, SARAH P.
- Abstract
The author comments on the report "Mutation--selection balance and the evolutionary advantage of sex and recombination," by Brian Charlesworth. She provides a brief overview of other studies about evolution of sex. She notes that Charlesworth's paper explored sex and recombination in deleterious mutations. A discussion of the fitness function used by Charlesworth to explain the evolution of sex and recombination is presented.
