- Abstract
The article presents information on the opinion of the probate court of Connecticut in the case of deceased Catherine K. McGuire's estate in West Hartford. The issues related to lack of testamentary capacity, undue influence and due execution are discussed. The husband of the deceased stated that he was not aware of her being suffering with dementia and also about the new will. The will was admitted by the probate court and appointed daughter Mary Ellen McGuire as the executor of the will.
