The article analyze the key elements of the Deflategate saga. It informs that it was National Football League (NFL) controversy involving the allegation that Tom Brady ordered the deliberate deflating of footballs used in the New England Patriots victory against the Indianapolis Colts in the American Football Conference (AFC) Championship Game of the 2014–15 NFL playoffs. It informs on Roger Goodell's arbitration ruling under Federal Arbitration Act and Labor Management Relations Act of 194.
