- Abstract
Results from bibliographic revision of 50 articles or academic texts and relevant scientific documents from the past 15 years are presented to address the issue of how TIC (Information and communication technologies) are incorporated to the educational environment of preschoolers, and the derived effects. The analysis that exposes the complexity of the question uses the gowin V as an analytic instrument to determine the key elements, research goals, methodological factors, and the proposed affirmations. As a result, three dimensions were identified: physicalpsychologic, pedagogic, and sociologic, on which the revised works are framed along with three environments; the classroom, the school, and the family. The conclusion is that TIC are elements to consider within the educational process of preschoolers as well as in their environment.
