- Abstract
The article describes the case of a 37-year-old male who developed sudden vertigo associated with nausea/vomiting and unsteadiness for two days. Topics include findings on medical examination, symptoms suggestive of central vestibular disorder, and results which show that the damage in vestibular neuritis (VN) can be selective for specific vestibular labyrinths or their afferents in vestibular nerve.
