The article focuses on the decision of several U.S. Court cases related to federal practice. Topics discussed include ARC of Iowa v. Reynolds on preliminary injunction on remedies under the Individuals with Disabilities Act (IDEA); Young v. Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on motion to dismiss a diversity jurisdiction; and S.A.A. v. Geisler on plaintiff's unopposed motion to proceed anonymously during her arrest while was pregnant and subsequent delivery and labor.
