- Abstract
The article critiques C.S. Lewis's "Till We Have Faces" and the mysterious story that readers recognize as the myth of Cupid and Psyche. Topics discussed include the strange mixture of history, myth and fantasy the book offers, Lewis' fascination by the myth of Cupid and Psyche and the introduction of Eros in the novel who is depicted as an essentially heroic figure who tries to shield Psyche from his mother's wrath and the effects of Eros on Psyche.
