- Abstract
The article describes a case of anastomotic dehiscence after esophagogastrectomy treated with stent and tissue matrix graft in a 68-year-old man. The patient reported solid-food dysphagia and was subsequently diagnosed with esophageal adenocarcinoma. A computed tomography-guided biopsy was performed on the patient, and asynchronous non-small cell lung cancer in his left lung was demonstrated by his histology examination.
