The article presents a case of four and half-month-old girl with moderate grade fever. Child presented hepatosplenomegaly. Blood investigations showed anemia. Ceftriaxone and Amikacin were given for fever with no effects. Abdomen ultrasound showed a right anterior subphrenic abscess. Draining of the pus from the abscess between the diaphragm and liver via diagnostic laparoscopy. Infant recovered completely.
