- Abstract
The article examines if filtration combustion under superadiabatic heating conditions can be applied as an expedient method for extracting compounds of some metals from lean sources. Superadiabatic heating takes place due to the recovery of the heat of combustion reaction. It arises when filtration combustion is performed between two countercurrent flows. The purposeful use of specific features of the mass transfer in countercurrent filtration combustion is promising for extracting metals.
