- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the Indiana Supreme Court in case Paul Stieler Enterprises, Inc. v. City of Evansville, Indiana, which challenged the legality of a city ordinance that amended smoking ban by exempting riverboat casinos from the smoking ban. Topics discussed include the violation of the equal privileges and immunities clause of the State Constitution, the severability clause and the judicial ruling to restore the 2006 smoking ban.
