- Abstract
In the railway signal communication system, the communication board plays the role of communication protocol conversion, which is used to realize the communication between the centralized monitoring system, the train control system and the track circuit system. The fault of the communication board will affect the communication quality among the systems, and result in abnormal message sending and receiving among the systems. Combined with a case of ZPW-2000A track circuit receiving device communication abnormality caused by the fault of optocoupler in the CI-TC2 communication board, the on-site fault phenomenon and the CAN channel in the CI-TC2 communication board are analyzed, and the faulty component (optocoupler) is confirmed. Then, the faulty optocoupler is tested and analyzed to find out the cause of the fault, which provides a theoretical basis for troubleshooting the communication abnormality of ZPW-2000A track circuit receiving device and the fault of CI-TC2 communication board.
