- Abstract
Some biographical features of the studied authors and some relevant points of their contribution to the Philosophy of Law are presented. These characteristics stand out for their integral approach to the Law, as a rational system of social norms of conduct that regulate the relationship of man with society. Moreover, in the structuring of the Department of Law (Miguel Villoro), the solution to problems posed by historical reality as well as for the understanding of the Theory of Law, both must merge to consider its practical consequences. Likewise, it is postulated that is in the moral authority of the person over his own that the main analogue of the concept of Law is realized. This personalistic conception of the Law should be applied to the different fields relating to person and society (Efraín González Morfín).
