- Abstract
Examines the continuous electrocardiographic recording of lead II from a 50-year-old asymptomatic man. Suggestion that the normal pathway is completely interrupted and that impulses responsible for ventricular capture are conducted over an anomalous atrioventricular connection; Damage observed in the accessory pathway; History of the patient for having Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome with anteroseptal accessory pathway, and 8 years earlier had been submitted to catheter ablation, with disappearance of both preexcitation and symptoms due to atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia.
