The article reports that the Santa Clara, California-based Agilent Technologies Inc. has developed its Intelligent Services remote instrument monitoring and diagnostics capability. The service links remote instruments to the company's customer support centers in which the experts provide proactive technical support designed to address problems before they affect productivity. The Internet-based service includes a "Push for Help" and "Real-time Collaboration" features.
