- Abstract
We demonstrate efficient red, green, and blue (RGB) quantum dot (QD)-based light-emitting diodes (QD-LEDs) by using QD transplanting method on a common, vacuum-deposited, hole transport layer. We can pattern RGB QD-LEDs with a micrometer scale for full-color QD-LED displays. We can also demonstrate practicable quantum dot light-emitting devices with RGB patterned pixels on unit devices as well as white light-emitting devices for everyday applications.
