- Abstract
In 2022, Henkel achieved a turnover of approximately 22.4 billion euros, which corresponds to an increase of 11.6 percent compared to the previous year. The company merged the consumer businesses Beauty Care and Laundry & Home Care into Consumer Brands. The new business area includes all brands and products for end consumers, including Persil and Schwarzkopf. Henkel also acquired Shiseido's hairdressing business in the Asia/Pacific region. The Adhesive Technologies business area acquired two companies in the field of surface technology and thermal management. The turnover varied in different regions in 2022. The dividend remains unchanged at 1.83 euros per common share and 1.85 euros per preferred share.
