- Abstract
The article focuses on the use of electronic monitoring of employees in the workplace. It states that electronic monitoring sometimes violate the employees' rights of privacy. It mentions that employers should come up with effective monitoring rules that will balance their interest and the privacy interest of employees. It adds that few of the electronic information-related laws include the Electronic Communications Privacy Act and the Stored Electronic Communications Act.
