Presents a survey that assessed the adoption of the Group B Streptococcal disease (GBS) prevention policies by pre-natal care providers in Connecticut and Minnesota. Guidelines issued by the United States Center for Disease Control and Prevention to identify women who should receive intrapartum antimicrobial prophylaxis; Finding that most pre-natal care providers have adopted the prevention strategies; Variance in strategy choice by state and provider type.
