- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 5-year-old boy who had severe abdominal pain and purpura on the lower extremities. He was diagnosed with Henoch-Schönlein purpura, a multiorgan small-vessel vasculitis. He underwent digital subtraction angiography, and determine infarction in the lower pole of the left kidney. After 2 days he was observed with microhematuria.
