- Abstract
The article offers information on the decision of the Rhode Island Supreme Court in Yi Gu v. Rhode Island Public Transit Authority et al. in which the court held that proper instructions should be given regarding evidence consideration before taking the jurors to the accident scene. It informs that the plaintiff Yi Gu, Chinese student, student sued the driver of the bus claiming for injuries caused by the driver's negligence. The court accessed the plaintiff's motion for a new trial.
