Anderson, Robert
- Abstract
The author comments on the present status of Idaho's law which impacts transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. He discusses the case of Catherine Carlson, a resident of Idaho, who unsuccessfully petitioned to remove her former name from county records after her sexual reassignment surgery and serving 20 years prison sentence for her conviction against arson charges.
