- Abstract
The article presents a study that deals with the development of a multifocal multiphoton microscope system for fast fluorescence lifetime-Forster/Fluoresence resonant energy transfer imaging (FRET). Topics discussed include biological interactions in cells and tissues, FRET interactions in cells, and Frequency-domain lifetime determination or anistotropy. Also mentioned are multibeam techniques in multiphoton microscopy and Multifocal Multiphoton imaging.
