- Abstract
This article focuses on a report prepared by the Journalism Resources Institute at Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho, on a new data transmitting system called Teletext and its potential applications. The report describes what the system can do, including transmission of 120-word bulletins onto a television screen, allowing viewers to select from 800 pages of such copy sent every two minutes, including news and advertising.
