- Abstract
The article focuses on the decision of the U.S. Court of Federal Claims in the case Trusted Integration, Inc. v. United States on Tucker Act provides this Court with jurisdiction over "any claim against the U.S. founded either upon the Constitution. It mentions Tucker Act is merely a jurisdictional statute and does not create a substantive cause of action and right to recovery of money damages against the U.S. It also mentions grants impose a burden on the grantee.
