- Abstract
The article reports the decision of U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit in 2015 in cases that invoked several principles more than once in deciding government contracts cases. Several cases discussed include "CGI Federal Inc. v. United States, " "Bannum, Inc. v. United States" related to putative contractor ability to protest solicitation provisions despite having voiced concerns to the government; and "Tinton Falls Lodging Realty LLC v. United States" related to competition laws.
