The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old man presented with an eruption of painful lesions involving the face, trunk, arms, legs, and genitalia of a month's duration. Febrile ulceronecrotic Mucha-Habermann disease is a rare and severe variant of Pityriasis Lichenoides et Varioliformis Acuta (PLEVA).Skin biopsy can help differentiate between these entities and PLEVA or FUMHD.
