- Abstract
Writing this article aims to discuss the challenges of HR competence in facing the digital era, organizational strategies to improve HR competence in the digital era, as well as the role of the government and educational institutions to increase this competence. The challenge of human resources is that it requires keeping up with technological advances and being able to deal with changes quickly, organizations or companies must provide human resources who can analyze data and think critically. Because everything is digital now and is the main need for organizations and companies. Organizations need to provide appropriate training and education to improve HR competencies. Organizations also need to pay attention to technological developments and follow existing trends to be able to compete with other organizations. The strategy that can be carried out is through the development and development of sustainable and comprehensive human resources. Development of human resources through education, quality competence, creativity, innovation, and independence. Organizational climate support must be built in harmony, good performance, transfer of knowledge, leadership, support to employees, group effectiveness, and work strategy.
