- Abstract
The article discusses the use of sensitivity analysis method to determine the impact of dendritic morphology and intrinsic electrical parameters on the neuronal function of a goldfish. It mentions that the approach would allow the combinations of active conductances to be predicted for a given morphologic change to restore normal function. It concludes that dendritic morphology has a significant role in determining the neuron functions.
