- Abstract
This article discusses a case of a left ventricular outflow tract (LVOT) aneurysm in a patient who had undergone a Senning procedure for isolated ventricular inversion. The patient presented with a left precordial bulge and a chest X-ray revealed a prominent left para-cardiac shadow. Echocardiogram and cardiac CT confirmed the presence of a large aneurysm arising from the lateral wall of the LVOT. The patient underwent surgical repair and remained well at the 6-month follow-up. This case highlights the importance of long-term follow-up after cardiac surgery and the relevance of chest X-ray in postoperative evaluation.
