- Abstract
In order to explore a belter non-destructive testing method for concrete thickness, plain concrete specimens and reinforced concrete specimens of different age and thickness were tested. The impact of vibration device, strength grade of concrete, concrete age and location of reinforcement on lest result was studied. Along with mathematical model and assessment methodology of concentrate thickness evaluated by impact-echo method was proposed using the impact-echo instrument. The results show that the election of vibration device is crucial for the reason that the concentrate age and velocity of impact-echo are positively correlated with each other, the impact of concentrate on characteristic signal tested by thickness component may be effectively avoided with correct election of vibration device, and tbe degree of accuracy of concentrate thickness detected by impact-echo method may be effectively guaranteed by introducing the component of uncertainty evaluation.
