- Authors
Hariman, Robert
- Abstract
The article discusses whether the study of visual argument is more willing to risk confusion or boredom. The definition of argument and the protocols of reconstruction that came from analytical philosophy is mentioned. The link on the study of visual argumentation with the technical description of the most banal features of the image world, is cited. The complex relationship of putting argument and image, and reason and the imagination, which risks confusion, is also stated.
