- Abstract
Modélisation par régression avec composante de vie accélérée de durées de vie bivariées dépendantes: Lorsqu'ils veulent analyser des dudes de vie pairées ou naturellement appariées, les chercheurs ont fréquemment recours à un effet aléatoire dit de fragilité pour modéliser la dépendance entre les composantes d'une même paire. Les auteurs proposent un outil de calcul permettant l'ajustement de durées de vie bivarikes dépendantes au moyen de distributions de fragilité et de modèles de régression avec composante de vie accélérée. Dans ce cadre, les utilisateurs disposent de plusieurs choix paramdtnques de fragilité et de différentes lois conditionnelles pour les composantes d'une même paire. Les auteurs illustrent la flexibilité de leur approche au moyen de données apparikes provenant d'une étude sur la thérapie par photocoagulation au laser chez des patients diabétiques atteints de rétinopathie.
