- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 77-year-old male with unintentional weight loss and abdominal pain, revealing an obstructive tumor in the proximal transverse colon and an incidental filling defect in the main pulmonary artery (MPA) detected through triple-phase CT thorax imaging and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE). The use of multimodal imaging, including CT and TTE, played a crucial role in shaping diagnostic reasoning, uncovering unexpected findings like the pulmonary artery mas.
